The nano barium sulfate instead of different proportions of red,yellow,green,and blue pigment used in polyolefin masterbatch,masterbatch determined by color measurement instrument made of thin film and tinting strength of sample products and reflectance,transmittance,such as performance,study its effect on the properties of color masterbatch.
The results showed that barium sulphate was different in different color pigments.
On the whole,the average amount of replacement is about 20%,not only for the color of the product,but also for the production cost.

Results show that the nano calcium carbonate and nano barium sulfate can replace part of the pigment,plastic coloring effect will not decline,and even improved,and the dispersivity of the system,also improved;
The application of barium sulphate in polyolefin is better than calcium carbonate.
